Cummins 6.7L Fuel and Air Components Information
JASPER® remanufactured Cummins 6.7 Fuel and Air Components are built to exact requirements in order to meet or exceed OEM measured standards and have a nationwide transferable part and labor warranty making them your best option for replacement.
Cummins 6.7L Holset Front Gear Turbo Provides:
- 100% new bearings and seals
- 100% tested speed sensors
- Plug and play setup
- JASPER® 100% installs a cleaning port in the Cummins 6.7L turbo. This allows periodic cleaning of the turbine housing and nozzle ring to prevent soot build-up and increase longevity.
- 100% installation of stainless steel cup plugs prevents corrosion and leaking.
- Actuators are remanufactured and calibrated for optimal performance and function of the VGT mechanism.
- JASPER performs component balancing to ensure the highest quality product.
- Turbine shafts are balanced individually and with the compressor wheel attached, prior to being assembled in the housing.
- High-Speed Core Balancer spins the center section at 70,000 RPM to ensure correct balance, assembly, and integrity of rotating assembly at operational speeds.
- Turbine shafts and bearing housings are inspected with a profilometer to ensure an RA surface finish of 35 or less to verify a smooth surface and reduce friction.
- JASPER uses a bore gauge to ensure proper clearance of oil between the bearing and the bearing housing.
